Prepares this repo for the default branch rename to main. Both names are accepted for the duration of the migration so no workflow misses a run.

Preflight for the org-wide default branch rename to
main.Workflow triggers now match both
masterandmain, so nothing stopsfiring during the rename. The
masterentries are removed in the follow-upcleanup PR after the default branch has been flipped.
